Dear Sirs,
we would like to set on record how pleased we are with the work carried out to replace two bedroom windows and the dining room French door bay at our home over the past three days. The workmanship of the door and window construction is first class and the installation by Kevin and Joe was outstandingly good.
They arrived promptly and early and worked with the utmost professionalism and speed. It was a pleasure to have them in the house - they made no fuss, the absolute minimum of mess and disruption, and cleaned up immaculately afterwards. Even when they hit the odd unanticipated minor snag, it was dealt with quickly and without fuss.
In view of the many horror stories that are told about poor or lackadaisical workmanship and sloppy construction standards, it’s really pleasing to report an experience which has been the exact opposite: professional and excellent throughout. Our sincere thanks to Kevin and Joe for doing such a good job for us.

You will be aware that prior to contacting Peerless Windows I had made contact with the so called “Market Leaders”, the majority did not even have the courtesy to reply to my calls. The generosity of your company far exceeded all our expectations. It also allowed us to direct our funds towards the welfare of the children. The donations of the windows surprised all of my team as well as the directors of the charity, right up to the commissioner Sir John Stevens himself.
When you decided to join our team with three of your employees, to ensure we did things properly at the orphanage we were over joyed. The commitment and professionalism of Peerless and your staff in Romania was second to none.
The children at the Breaza orphanage now have for the first time, a secure and warm environment in their formative years.

Our team consists of highly skilled and dedicated individuals who have a wide range of experience within the window industry.
Take Kevin, he is a City and Guilds qualified carpenter like his father before him and has many years of experience in installing high specification windows.
All of our installation team have at least 20 years of experience in installing windows. We are a company with a big emphasis on real trade skills and believe a window can only be as good as it’s fitted. This is why we have gone to great lengths to ensure our company employs only the very best engineers to install your home improvements.
